WHGSL offers four distinct programs throughout the year, from our flagship spring season to competitive travel ball, All-Stars, and fall development play. WHGSL also offers preseason winter training sessions for players registered for the following Spring Season.

Spring Season

The heart of WHGSL

The Spring Season is the core of the WHGSL program. All five divisions — Rookies (Pre-K through K), Training (1st & 2nd grade / 8U), 10U Minors (3rd & 4th grade), Majors (5th & 6th grade / 12U), and Juniors (7th & 8th grade / 14U) — compete across a full 8–12 game schedule from April through mid-June. This is the season most families think of when they think WHGSL.

Full division schedule across all five age groups
Games at Sterling Field and Norfeldt Field
Weekly practices with division coaches
End-of-season recognition ceremony for all players
Playoff bracket for Minors, Majors, and Juniors divisions
Represent the League in the annual Memorial Day Parade
