How This Works
Two Systems. Completely Separate.
The WHGSL website involves two independent platforms that never share data with each other.
Collects
- Contact form submissions (name, email, message)
- Anonymized community survey responses
- Aggregated site analytics (no PII)
Does Not Collect
- Registration or roster data
- Payment information
- Any data from children under 13 directly
Contact forms are emailed to the league and not stored in any database. Survey responses are anonymized at collection. No identifying information is attached to survey answers unless you voluntarily provide it in an optional demographic section.

- Family contact information for league use
Does Not Collect
- Anything shared with Nesolagus; these systems are completely separate
All registration and payment data is managed entirely by Stack Sports. Nesolagus has no access to this data. See Stack Sports Privacy Policy for full details.
Plain Language
If you fill out our contact form
Your name, email, and message are sent directly to the league via email. We do not store this in any database. It is treated the same as any email you'd send directly.
If you take a WHGSL community survey
Your responses are anonymized by default. No identifying information is attached to survey answers unless you voluntarily provide it in an optional demographic section. Some surveys may include an optional section where participants can share contact information. Results are reported in aggregate.
If you submit photos or videos
Before any photo or video is published on the site, you will be asked for consent to share. You confirm and consent before uploading any images or video clips. Media is used only for league purposes (gallery, social media) as authorized at submission. We never share family media without permission and never use it commercially.
Just visiting the site
Vercel may collect anonymized traffic analytics (page views, device type). No cookies are set by us. No behavioral tracking or fingerprinting.
Registering your player
Registration happens entirely in SportsConnect, operated by Stack Sports. Nesolagus is not involved in that process and cannot see that data.

Right to Know
You can ask what data Nesolagus holds about you at any time.
Right to Delete
You can request deletion of any Nesolagus-held data. We'll confirm within 5 business days.
Right to Opt Out
Survey participation is always voluntary. You can stop or withdraw at any time.
Children's Privacy
We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13. All forms are directed at adults.
To exercise any of these rights, email aaron@nesolagus.com. We respond within 5 business days.
Children's Privacy (COPPA)
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. All contact forms, survey instruments, and submission forms on this site are directed at adults: parents, guardians, and coaches.
Player registration data (which does include minor information) is collected and managed exclusively by Stack Sports via SportsConnect, which maintains its own COPPA-compliant policies.
If you believe a child has submitted information through this site, contact us immediately at aaron@nesolagus.com and we will delete it promptly.
