Our Story

Where girls discover their game

Since 1982, the West Hartford Girls Softball League has been giving young athletes a place to develop, compete, and belong. From their first time stepping into the batter’s box to their final tournament game, players leave with more than skills. They leave with confidence, friendships, and a love for the game.

Volunteer-run and community-powered, WHGSL serves players from age 4 through 14 across five divisions, with programs built for every skill level and competitive ambition.
